The entire tank is insulated with rigid foam to ensure maximum efficiency. Its bowl-shaped bottom allows for complete drainage, facilitating easy maintenance and sediment removal. The lower titanium heating element provides excellent resistance to lime buildup. Additionally, a factory-installed temperature and pressure relief valve enhances safety. These units come with a 5-year warranty on the tank and a 1-year warranty on parts for use in commercial buildings.
